Isn’t this lovely?

This pair form the backbone of an adaptation of the song Two Kinds of People from The Magnetic Fields’ album 69 Love Songs.  Like How Fucking Romantic before it, this was done for Julia Scheele‘s project to adapt each of of the songs on the album into a comic. It’s a big task, and I invite everyone to go and have a long rummage around the whole site.  There’s a lot of great work there.

Some of you may have a sneaky feeling that you recognise the pair of lovers in the comic. I may have played a little loose with the casting of them – after all, how could I forget the greatest line in cinema history?
